We service eligible residential addresses in the City of North Vancouver — from Mackay Creek to Lynn Creek, waterfront up to Upper Lonsdale — and in West Vancouver, from the Capilano River west through Ambleside, Dundarave, Caulfeild and Horseshoe Bay.
Your pickup is set up to match the same schedule as your City collection — on the off week in between. If the City collects your garbage one week, Xtra Bin Day comes the next, so your bin goes out every single week. We place each new home on one of our bi-weekly routes by hand so neighbours are collected together, then email you your pickup day — usually within one business day of signing up.
Outside our area? Join the waitlist. Demand from your street helps us decide where we launch next across the District of North Vancouver, Burnaby and the rest of Metro Vancouver.
We service the City of North Vancouver and West Vancouver. We check your exact location, not just the city name on your mail.
